What is a domestic EPC?
An EPC gives your property an energy-efficient rating that is valid for ten years. The rating varies from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and provides information about your energy use and typical energy costs. EPC is a legal requirement when a property is sold, rented or constructed.

The survey
Our fully accredited Domestic & Energy Assessors will take measurements and photographs of all rooms to establish the internal volume. We will also inspect all permanent light fittings, heating systems and controls. We'll also gather information about the insulation and construction type of your building.
It takes approximately 30 minutes to survey an average property and you will receive the report within 24 hours.
